My boyfriend stopped by for a late lunch.
When I got home from work he was laying on the couch with a fever and severe stomach cramps.
Within a few hours he had explosive diarrhea and vomiting
I've NEVER seen him SO sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
