Severe Chicken Sandwich Illness - Wendy's,

I got a chicken sandwich around 5 pm on Friday. by 11 pm I was viciously puking. by 1 am I had explosive diahrrea and had to puke in the trashcan. I didn't stop doing that until I went to the hospital Sunday afternoon because I was severely dehydrated. It's now Monday as I still can't keep food down, lucky I can keep fluids down now.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
