Both girlfriend and I had the double stack burger, and within 1,5 hours we were fighting for the toilet in our hotelroom. Both fever, both vomitting, one diarrhea and both nausea. Hadn't been eating for 6 hours before that burger. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
