Food Safety Report: Wendy's.

Drove through Nebraska on a road trip to Chicago. Stopped for some chicken nuggets and about 2 hours later I was awaken to the most painful stomach cramps like somebody was taking a drill through my intestine's. Watery mouth came soon after luckily I was at a rest stop and was able to make it to the bathroom, which shortly after vomiting I had diarrhea and the cramps persisted. Never eating there ever again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
