Food Safety Report: Wendy's.

I went to the Wendy's at this location on Tuesday evening, the 21st of July. I bought the grilled chicken Asiago meal. I ate the sandwich and then shortly after went to bed. I woke up with immediate diarrhea and shortly following vomiting. It lasted all day yesterday, the 22nd. I'm feeling better today, but still leery of liquids and solid food. I honestly don't want anything in return, but am trying to prevent other customers from getting what I had. This is the first time that I have experienced such sickness in this form. It honestly makes me leery of buying more from Wendy's due to my last experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
