After eating at our local Wendy's in Murfreesboro, Tn my son got so sick that we thought he had appendicitis. After taking him to the doctor for severe abdominal pain and a few episodes of vomiting we realized it was something else. No one else in the family has gotten sick and the last thing he ate was a #1 combo at Wendy's. Odds are that burger was the culprit of all his pain! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
