I had Chicken nuggets and a crispy chicken sandwich around 2pm on Friday, August 24, 2018. It is the only thing I had to eat that day as I skipped breakfast. Two hours later I began to feel nauseous and my head started aching. By 6pm I was vomiting and I feel weak. I have not been able to keep anything down and it has been more than 24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
