Additional information: Was eating at this location for several months beforehand. Spicy Chicken Sandwich looked very weird and close to a McDonald's Chicken Sandwich this time...which it should NOT look like. Chicken also tasted very weird and looked a bit off. Will (likely) not be eating at this specific Wendy's location again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
