I had 2 chicken sandwiches from Wendy’s on May 5th that evening. I went to sleep for a good 3 hours before waking up to pick my wife up from work. When I picked her up my stomach was hurting pretty badly but it started off mildly. I got back to my hotel and I went straight to sleep after picking her up. I woke up at 5 AM in the morning and my stomach was rumbling so badly that I couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night and was on the toilet with diarrhea. The next day I felt so bad that I stayed in the bed and did not leave my room nor did I turn the TV on. This also followed by lots of vomiting And the cold sweats, feeling dizzy, very fatigued, and dehydrated . I did not see a doctor but I did take Pepto | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Fatigue, Sweating, Stomach Pain
