Had a #1 single for lunch on 12/4, later that night had horrible diarrhea and severe vomiting, nausea, and headache. Had to stay in bed all of 12/5 as I was too sick to get out of bed. Feeling better on 12/6 but still have pretty severe diarrhea.

Had to be from there as my spouse and I had the same dinner made at home that night and she's fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
