I work at the regional medical center down the street and went to get a late lunch from Wendy's. I was in a hurry so I ordered the 4 for 4 special, and went back to work. A couple of hours later, had sharp stomach pains, then went to the bathroom. Diarrhea, and vomiting, thought that I was better, left work and continued to vomit 4 more times.
