Yesterday (Friday April 12, 2019) around 8pm, my 3-year old ate a 1/2 size Apple Pecan salad (no chicken) & a small French fry. It was the last thing she are before going to bed around 9:30p. At 3am this morning, she began violently vomiting. It went on periodically for about an hour before it began to subide. At 8am this morning she woke up to more vomiting. This time it was accompanied by diarrhea. she gas not eaten at all today but has been drinking Pedialyte. Throughout the day (periodically), she has continued to have diarrhea & vomit. Subsequently, it is now around 5pm and she's developing a fever, so we are taking her to urgent care shortly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
