I got sick after eating a four piece nuggets. A week prior to this my boyfriend came home sick and had the same four piece nugget meal. I thought he just had a flu bug but now I think his assumption of Wendy's nuggets was right. He ended up with a 103 fever and symptoms lasted 6 days for him. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
