We ordered the 2 for $4 saturday at 4 pm 4/9/16 whic incuded 2 chicken nuggets and a chicken blt. My son had nothing to eat before or after that meal. Woke up this morning to him screaming, he puked in his sleep, has diarrhea, and has a fever. We are at the emergency room now. A year ago the same thing happened to my husband and he couldn't walk for two weeks. Ask me if I'm making this up! He had therapist who came to teach him how to walk again for 2 weeks. Wendy's can burn in hell for posioning people. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
