Ate a spicy chicken sandwich that i fully recollect tasting like trash it was rubbery as all hell, and was stringy. I eat this sandwich almost every time I go but this is the first time I had the most extreme stomach ache about 8 hours later that lasted into work the next day. Working made it miserable where I was nauseous weak trembling and puked twice. Then in the morning today I woke up and puked 9 times with something coming out only once. This has left my stomach volatile and bubbling like a cauldron. I can't stop feeling the sensation of extreme hunger while everything puts me off appetite-wise... | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Weakness
