Enjoyed a meal with several friends (military) from our local Wendy's on 6/5/2016 around 8pm. All had #2's , however one friend and I split a 10pc spicey chicken nuggets (with saracha). The following afternoon around lunch time one friend reported he wasn't feeling well after throwing up in the morning. Fever, body aches, stomach cramps, and continued nausea... Around 4 I began noticing the same symptoms - and later went through the same steps he did. We are now both experiencing the same cramps, fever, nausea, and we're taking turns going to the bathroom. We haven't eaten anything else yet due to these symptoms. I checked with other friends who ate with us-no concerns. My friend and I who shared the spicey nuggets are experiencing all the typical symptoms of food poisoning. If this continues for too long we will seek medical care. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
