Crispy Chicken Illness - Wendy's, Pawtucket Rhode Island

I got a crispy chicken sandwich around 5pm and by 9pm i was starting to feel nauseous with chills. around 5am i woke up nauseous and throwing up, eventually adding severe diarrhea which turned to -gross, sorry- bright green liquid (i’m assuming bile?) it lasted for around 4 hours and i was told to stop drinking liquids so that my body could expel whatever it was trying to. it worked and i stopped throwing up and having diarrhea but i still feel gross. never eating again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Bile
