I had the supreme lux box all steak shortly after I started feeling sick and started throwing up with diarrhea to follow the rest of the night. I can smell the Taco Bell in the vomit and couldn’t eat anything the rest of the day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
