On Friday July 15th I picked up several pastries for a family event- in addition to a (whole) chocolate cake, I also purchased a large eclair, cupcake and two slices of coconut cake.
The following day on July 16th, most of the family ate the chocolate cake... See More and was fine. However my mother ate her coconut slice and before finishing she was immediately sickened. She's been sick since then with severe diarrhea. My father only took a bite of it and, albeit mild, also had diarrhea. I had the chocolate cake and was fine. However later in the day I took a small bite of my coconut slice and have had diarrhea and nausea all last night and into today.

My 8 year old consumed the limited edition St. Patrick's day Lucky Charms cereal for breakfast. A few hours after eating, he said he felt really, really full (which was unusual for him). The next day he vomited. This was followed by 3 more days of vomiting,... See More abdominal cramps, and diarrhea. He wound up at the local children's hospital as we thought he may have had appendicitis but they ruled that out. Before learning that there were reports of Lucky Charms making people sick, I asked my wife if she thought it was the Lucky Charms. I ate food from here last night I ordered food last night (October 21, 2021) around 7:00pm. it was a somewhat larger order because I wanted leftovers. Included in that order were some burgers, an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club and a “family size” box of chicken nuggets.... Hours later, about 12:30am I woke up with severe stomach pains and went to the bathroom to realize it was diarrhea. I didn’t suspect food poisoning yet, but it was in the back of my mind. Right now, I just woke up at 5:30am with a feeling of extreme nausea. It only lasted 10 minutes before I had to rush to the bathroom again to start vomiting in the toilet.
