I went last night to pick up a few pizzas got home. We ate some pizza. I only had three pieces about an hour after hour and a half. My stomach was hurting me so bad that I was contemplating on going to the hospital after about another hour. I started vomiting violently and then diarrhea at the same time. After that, I had a pounding headache that lasted for the rest of the night ended up throwing up two more times and I feel like a little lousy today but better. It was definitely something wrong with my pizza. I ordered a sausage, stuffed crust garlic, and a chicken barbecue New York pizza I don’t know which one did it but my wife felt sick too. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
