Had half a barbacoa burrito and some chips and guac after work around 6pm. At 4am I woke up with extreme heartburn. Then the diarrhea started. Around 11am I had a full blown fever, dehydration, body aches, and diarrhea. I was sick for three days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Body Ache, Heartburn
