I was there on June 3rd. I ate the baked fish special. I also had one mudslide. Within 3 hours I started severe vomiting and heavy bloody stool. The next day I went to south county hospital. I was there most of the day. They said it was infectious colitis from something I ate. I'm still bleeding heavily from my rectum. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Bloody Stool
