Yesterday , 04/17/2017 , I order the 4 for 4 from Wendy's and about 6 hours later my stomach was bloated cramping and I felt nauseous. I tried to take something and sleep it off but it continued all through the night causing me to have to go to the hospital. I am disgusted disappointed and more than anything very sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Bloating
