Last night, Spicy chicken nuggets. Ate a five piece spicy chicken nugget on my way home from work which is about a 30 to 45 minutes drive by time I got home I vomited, went to sleep woke up today and got sick again and still feel very nauseated and having diarrhea and cannot keep much down | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Sounds more like a stomach bug. Food poisoning in my experience is more immediate and painful. Vomiting up like your stomach lining is coming out.
