Additional information: The same thing happened almost a month earlier after eating a chicken sandwich at that restaurant. Got the chicken sandwich and fries late afternoon and in the evening woke with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea, lightheadedness and chills. It has continued now for days and was just diagnosed with E-Coli. I had similar symptom about a month prior and now I realize I ate a chicken sandwich from there at that time too.
