On 4/14/2018 I at the chicken nuggets around 8:40pm. I shorty thereafter went to bed. When I woke up, my stomache was bubbling and I felt nauseous . I then had to run to the bathroom releasing watery stools. I started getting chills and a headache to add to my nauseousness. I kept having to run to the toilet and feeling super sick all day with no appetite. I don’t wish this feeling on anyone. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Loss of Appetite
