Chicken Sandwich Illness, IV Needed - Wendy's, Portland Michigan

Ate a chicken sandwich and small fry on my way home. A few hours later I had terrible stomach pains followed by intense diarrhea and then vomiting for 5 hours. I ended up in the hospital for an IV for dehydration and something to control nausea. 3 days later and I'm still not great and having balance issues possibly from dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
