Although this happened awhile ago i never reported it. I didn't have anything else to eat that day. Went to wendys and picked up a chicken salade for lunch. About 6 hours later I was intensely ill. I had just started my new job and was about 2 days into it. I ended up going to the the hospital, because I could not get fluids in, and my joints were locking up, and I started blacking out. They had to run IV with electrolytes and they had to sedate me, because I kept throwing up all of liver the place. I could not afford the official test needed to prove my case. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
