Visited Harrods Food Court today and bought a crab cake. Approximately 4 hours after eating half, I started to vomit. I had sweats and felt cold before, and now just vomited three times in a row. Thank you for ruining my holiday visit. This is an absolute disgrace. I did not have any food prior to this, and felt completely fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
