Parmesan Salad Illness Alert - Wendy's, Randallstown Maryland

At around 9pm November 5, 2023 I stopped at the drive through and bought a parmesian salad. I ate the salad with the chicken, but omitted the dressing and crushed croutons. I woke up at 5am feeling nauseous and was shivering. Then diarrhea started. By 6:30am, I started vomiting nonstop until everything I ate in that salad came up.
