Nuggets Lead to Nausea - Wendy's, Worcester Massachusetts

I was craving a frosty so naturally I went to there and picked up a 4 for 4 chicken sandwich combo with a chocolate frosty. I noticed my chicken nuggets weren’t as crispy as usual, but I didn’t think much of it. After about 30 mins I started gets severe pain in my stomach and ran straight to the bathroom. I’ve had diarrhea all night since. I also have thrown up a couple of times, but mostly just nauseous. This happened today, March 8th, 2022. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
