Had a grill chicken burger for lunch & orange. Then met my BF & went to a ramen restaurant for dinner (where we ordered the same thing). In about 4 hrs later, when my BF was driving me back home on the highway..my stomach hurted A LOT (to the point I felt my insides shaking and almost fainted). I was like 45 min from home too, in another city. My BF had to drive me to the nearest McDonald's (about 10 min away) to do my business. Horrible night, thanks a lot. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Shaking, Stomach Pain
