I came in a few days ago and ordered with my dad and my little sister. She ordered a mini pumpkin spice frosty, and I order the largest size they had. My dad didn't try any of ours and we went about our day. The next morning I was puking, nauseous, and had a constant bout of diarrhea. Blood was is both so I went to the ER were they said something had caused acute gastritis. It's the next next day and my diarrhea has persisted. My little sister has been sick and sluggish these past few days too, but not to the degree I have been and I think hats because she had a small and I had a large. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloody Stool
