Nuggets Trigger Rapid Illness - Wendy's, Raphine Virginia

Yesterday around 12:15pm I stopped and got their saucy nuggets and within hours I started feeling a bit nauseas. Around 8:15pm I started throwing up and then about an hour later I had diarrhea and it lasted until about 2am. It’s 5:45am right now and I’m just cramping at the moment. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
