I ordered the S’awesome Spicy Chicken sandwich from Wendy’s. I received it piping hot and had skipped breakfast so I ate the whole combo at once. Thirty minutes later I had stabbing pains and nausea. Then my heart rate reached 166bpm., Just me. They started about 30-60 minutes later. I had sharp chest pains and nausea. It mimicked a heart attack but I didn’t have one. I was told it was acute food poisoning but it’s causing my chest to ache rather than burn as I was told. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Chest Pain
