Details: Ate Wendy's on 1/9/17 @ 1:00 pm. This is the only thing I ate all day! By 3:00 pm I started feeling nauseated at work, by 5:30 pm it was too much to handle at work, went home! By 6:00 pm I was in the bathroom vomiting profusely and diarrhea at the same time! This went on all night! All the way till right now @ 10:00 am on 1/10/17 I am trying to eat crackers and water so I can take a couple Tylenol for an enormous headache I have! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
