Nausea & Diarrhea After Meal - Wendy's, Warren Michigan

I ate it and have been feeling godawful for hours now. Nothing was off at the time of eating. Everything looked fine, but going to bed my stomach felt heavy, I was left feeling sick and bloated. Now its 3:30 am im extremely nauseous and on the verge of throwing up, while having horrid diarrhea. Don't think im ever eating there again for a VERY long time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloating
