Went to the drive thru at the Sheridan road location of Wendy's around 10:26pm on 3/22/2026 ordered one baconator double and large fry. Which is provided reciept in photo. About 1:30am on 3/23/2026 I started to vomit on and off throughout the day along with having bad diarrhea till I arrived in the emergency room around noon since my ride was at work. I was seen and treated for food poisoning by the local emergency room and I also still have the half eaten Burger I ate before this happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
