I purchased a number 7 around 4:30pm on Thursday June 27 by 9:30 my stomach started to cramp then within a hour of that I was vomiting with diarrhea. I also got a really bad headache chills and very nauseated. I had no other items but water after Wendy’s and before hadn’t had anything since breakfast. Which I was completely fine all day till few hours after consuming Wendy’s | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
