Around 7pm on 7/14/17 I ate a Spicy chicken sandwich combo and a vanilla frosty. Around 10pm the same night my stomach started bowel cramping and i felt nauseous. About 9am on 7/15/17 i started having diarrhea, within minutes i was vomiting. Thats all i had eaten yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
