I had went to Wendy's in Lakewood on South St. And Lakewood Blvd. I had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Peach Minute Maid lemonade. There was this guy who had just finished repairing the beverage machine. I don't know if it was the chemicals from the drink dispenser or my actual food eaten. I just know I go home, take a nap and about 4-5 hours from when I had my meal I had Nausea and Diarrhea symptoms like no tomorrow. My body ached all over too. It was terrible. As of today the 19 of July, I am still suffering from the diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
