Ate Wendy’s for dinner and started getting a stomachache before going to bed. Woke up at three in the morning and had diarrhea and gross tasting burps before going back to sleep. At four in the morning, I woke up again, had the same symptoms and vomited up my meal, which was hardly digested (pieces of food were stuck in my throat from vomiting and it was painful to vomit). Went back to bed only to wake up an hour later and vomit once more, this time digested food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
