Chicken Combo Causes Illness - Wendy's, Huntsville Alabama

I ordered the regular chicken sandwich combo around 12:00 pm on April 16, 2020, from store #502. Around 5pm I started feeling nauseous. Around 9pm I started vomiting, which went on through about 3am the next morning. That was my only meal that day, so it had to be the culprit. I started to go to the ER around 1am when I began feeling tightness in my chest/abdomen, but refrained because I didn't want to potentially be around CV patients.
