Grilled Chicken Sandwich Illness - Wendy's, Yulee Florida

I had a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and that’s the only thing I ate. Yes had immediate intestinal cramps and have been sick for the past 2 days. The worst symptom being chronic cramping and diarrhea.
