About 4 weeks ago, My wife, myself and two granddaughters stopped to eat. The air conditioning was out. The soft drink dispenser had very few options and what was available was not mixed properly. The employees were rude, the floor and tables were dirty. Service was slow and when we did get our order it looked and smelled disgusting. We did not eat a bite or bother to complain, it was obvious no one cared. We dumped the $30.00 order in the trash and left. We used to like here and frequented other locations often, but the experience has made us lose our taste for the chain.
