The only food we had to eat, hours later came a sharp stomach pain followed by all the above symptoms, 4 of us that were in the car, we all ate. Two babies were in the car and did not eat so they didn’t get sick. It started with a sharp stomach pain hours after, followed by chills, body ache, nausea and then throw up and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
