Reheated Nuggets Sickened Customer - Wendy's, Leesburg Florida

I went to Wendy's on Hwy 441 by the lake square mall and got the nugget meal before heading into work. I only ate a couple as I had to clock in so I saved the rest for lunch. I went on lunch and reheated in the microwave ate a few of the nuggets and they had a funny taste so I threw them in the garbage. The time was about 3:30 pm by 7 pm an hour before closing the store I started getting a sour stomach and a little pain. When I got home and went to bed about 10 pm I was awoken about 2:30 with horrible cramping, burning, nausea and about 4 am I started vomiting with diarrhea at the same time for the next few hours in which I had to call out of work. I am writing this as I'm on the toilet!! I noticed that I had blood in my stool I'm not sure if that's from all the pooping I've done so far but I am never eating Wendy's again! I think they must have got tainted chicken or something. I did not take a picture of it and they did not give me a receipt. I actually had to tell the drive through window girl to give me my card back as she didn't give it back to me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Bloody Stool
