Got food Saturday around 3pm.
Started vomiting at 2am Sunday until 5am. Went to hospital for 5 1/2 hours. Diarrhea came once I got to hospital. Still in severe pain from abdominal cramps. I ate the 4 for 4 double stack. I haven't eaten Wendy's in over 6 months and this is what happens. Respect your body and don't eat this cheap ass food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
