I ate two grilled chicken wraps from Wendy's and within 6 hours I felt nauseous, had body aches, and chills. Within the next 24 hours, those symptoms occurred plus fever and stomach cramps. Within the next 48 hours I continued to feel nauseous, had body chills and aches, loss of appetite, dehydration, light headedness, and explosive watery diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dehydration, Chills, Lightheaded, Loss of Appetite, Body Ache, Cramps
