My 92 year old mother got food poisoning from a Wendy's salad. After not being able to eat for the next several days she passed out lacerating her head on the bathroom vanity. She has been in the hospital 3 days now from the weakness and anemia from not eating and blood loss and may need to go to a rehab facility before going home. All from a Wendy's salad. Absolutely sure. Wendy's apple pecan salad I can't get anyone to test the salad. Still waiting on pathogen test in hospital | Symptoms: Weakness, Nausea, Vomiting
